Nilmurhaa Apartment:

This property was newly refurbished in 2007.  It has its own private entrance, and comprises of a double bedroom, dining/living room, bathroom, kitchen and separate utility room all decorated to a high standard with a fresh, modern look and feel.  The apartment is located at the back of the main house with side views to the sea.  A private patio area with garden furniture is located directly outside the apartment and there is further garden seating overlooking South Nesting Bay.  Click here for some photos taken from the guests area.

Sitting room:

Comfortable double sofa bed, coffee table, TV, DVD, sound system, extensive literature, Up Helly Aa and Traditional Shetland music, books and games, pine dining table, chairs and table linen provided.  Electric panel heater and coal effect fire. All maps covering Shetland are provided too!
Double Bedroom:

Double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, hair dryer and electric panel heater. Best quality bedlinen and towels are provided.

 



Kitchen:

Fitted gas cooker, fridge, use of washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and towels are provided to ensure you have all the utilities you require for a comfortable stay. Complimentary welcome pack provided that includes a fresh loaf, tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
Bathroom:

Fitted unit with mirror, cabinet, shaver socket, towel rail, radiator, shower with bath. Best quality towels are provided.

 



Garden:

You have your own private patio and garden. Garden furniture comprising of picnic table with comfy cushions. Beautiful view overlooking South Nesting Bay
Addition Seating:

Additional seating provided looking out to South Nesting Bay. Use of barbeque equipment.

 

Welcome Pack:

In addition, to help you quickly settle in and start enjoying the delights of the accommodation, a complimentary welcome food pack is provided for your arrival. This includes a freshly baked loaf, tea, coffee, sugar and milk plus a range of other items; the exact contents will vary subject to product availability.
Additional Facilities:

Also provided are: iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, outside drying facilities, indoor drying facilities and laundry basket.

Our local shop and post office is located 3 miles along the coastal road, and there you will find just about everything you could possibly need, you can fill up with petrol here too. There is no charge for electricity or heating. Nilmurhaa is strictly no smoking and pets are not permitted.
